This website is published by the Vigo Law Office, a limited liability law partnership (AARPI), which is located at 9 rue Boissy d’Anglas, 75008 Paris. The Vigo Law Office is a law firm registered with the Paris Bar Association.
The purpose of the Site is to provide clients, colleagues and internet users with general information only. This information does not constitute legal advice or a legal consultation and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. This information shall not be deemed marketing, a solicitation and/or an offer of services.
These terms and conditions of use set out the terms and conditions governing access to the Site and the use made thereof by the User.
In the event of an amendment or update, the revised General Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted on the Site, stating the date of the most recent update. Therefore, Users should therefore regularly check the Site in order to be informed of any amendment or update to the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site.

The Site and each of its components, in particular the texts, articles, newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures and illustrations, are the Law Office’s exclusive intellectual property.
The User is not authorised to reproduce, display, modify, translate and/or adapt the Site or any of its components, in whole or in part, for consideration or free of charge, or to reproduce and/or display such translations, adaptations and modifications, in whole or in part, for consideration or free of charge, without the Law Office’s prior written approval.
As an exception to the preceding paragraphs, the Law Office authorises Users to download to the hard disk of their personal computer information letters or other documents, which are the property of the Law Office, and which are made available to Users as electronic files specifically for the purpose of being downloaded.
