Clarisse LE CORRE has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012, when she joined VIGO.
She practices primarily in the fields of general criminal law and criminal business law, and specialises in the prevention of criminal risk for legal entities and their officers, in particular through risk audits and the implementation of delegations of powers and internal alert and compliance procedures. In this capacity, she advises companies on issues relating to the security of their activities (preventing corruption, money laundering and tax fraud, the extra-territorial scope of certain US laws, corporate social responsibility, etc.).
She graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris (Sciences-Po) in 2010 (Master’s in Economic Law, with a specialisation in Litigation and Arbitration), and also studied at Columbia University (New York) and McGill Law School (Montreal).
Clarisse LE CORRE teaches public international law at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and at the Collège Universitaire Franco-Américain in Reims. In addition, she volunteers with VIGO’s partner associations, such as the Mouvement du Nid and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH).
