VIGO hosts four interns throughout the year.
During the first half of the year, three intern positions are reserved in priority for Bar School students completing their final internship and one position is reserved for a student at the National School for the Judiciary. The majority of interns recruited by VIGO are students at the Paris Bar Lawyer Training Programme (EFB) or studying for the French Bar Examination (CRFPA), although such status is not a prerequisite for applying for an internship.
Interns take part in the various activities of the firm. VIGO contributes to their training by encouraging teamwork and participation in the day-to-day activities of lawyers (client meetings, hearings, etc.).
Interns are given the opportunity to work with the entire VIGO team (partners and associates) in order that they may familiarise themselves with different working methods and gain an understanding of diverse legal fields.
Finally, an internship may be a natural and preferred path to employment.
