Vigo Law Firm has created and operates the website www.vigo-avocats.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
Vigo is a law firm registered with the Paris Bar Association.
The purpose of the Website is to provide customers, colleagues and Internet users with information of a general nature only. This information is not intended to constitute a legal opinion or consultation, nor to create an attorney-client relationship. This information may not be considered as constituting canvassing, solicitation and/or offer of services.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereafter “GTU”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Website by users.
By using the Website, each natural person (hereinafter “User”) confirms having read and accepted the GTU, without reservation, modification or restriction.
In the event of modification or update, the revised GTU will be posted on the Website with an indication of the last date of update. The User must therefore check the Website regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates to the GTU.
3. Coming into force
The present GTU come into force on the date they are put online.
They are enforceable against Users from the date of first use of the Website, throughout the duration of its use and until the modification of these GTU.
