Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Mehdy Kadri practices primarily in the areas of white-collar criminal law, tax criminal law, and labor criminal law, as well as complex criminal litigation, with particular expertise in cases involving significant financial, reputational, and technological dimensions.
He advises executives, public decision-makers, and legal entities on sensitive cases involving financial, economic, and tax-related offenses, at both national and international levels.
He has also developed specific, cross-disciplinary expertise in cryptocurrencies and crypto-assets, covering both enforcement and strategic aspects. In this capacity, he assists individuals—whether accused parties or victims—in proceedings involving crypto-asset fraud, money laundering via digital assets, and the use of blockchain technologies.
With a practice resolutely focused on criminal law, Mehdy Kadri possesses extensive experience in criminal matters and appears before the Assize Court, the Special Assize Court, and the Departmental Criminal Court.
Committed to defending fundamental freedoms, he employs a technical and strategic defense at all stages of the proceedings, notably through the regular referral of cases to the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Council.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne / HEC) and a qualification from the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law of Paris; he has been teaching the law of fundamental freedoms at the Institut Catholique de Paris for several years and has authored legal publications in leading journals and encyclopedias.
He is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (ADAP) and the Institute of Tax and Financial Criminal Law (IDP2F), and practices in both French and English.
