She has developed particular expertise in conducting internal investigations, managing whistleblowing alerts, and carrying out criminal and HR compliance audits.

She advises companies on the implementation, assessment, and review of compliance frameworks, particularly regarding anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, as well as risk mapping and the drafting of internal policies and procedures.

In addition, she regularly delivers training sessions for law students and trainee lawyers on issues relating to criminal risk prevention and compliance, whistleblowing systems, and internal investigations.

She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Advanced Business Law from Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Financial Criminal Law from CY Cergy Paris University, in partnership with ESSEC Business School.

Before joining PwC and later the Vigo law firm, Ghita worked for four years as a Compliance Consultant at PwC France.

Ghita is also committed to emergency criminal defense work and is registered on the criminal duty counsel lists of the Paris Bar Association.

She is fluent in Arabic and English
