She has developed a particular expertise in criminal labor law and criminal matters

Adélaïde Jacquin regularly deals with cases of concealed and undeclared work, work accidents, obstruction of justice, as well as economic criminal law, in addition to a regularly defending clients in the Cour d’assises (French criminal courts). She also developed a practice of internal investigations, using her expertise and knowledge of both social and criminal risks affecting companies.

Adélaïde Jacquin has always distinguished herself by her rigor and commitment to her cases, both in the defense of individuals and of companies in fields as varied as restaurant industry, construction, mobile telephony and professional training.

Thanks to her fluent Russian and English, she regularly assists international clients in their criminal matters, particularly in criminal tax law.

Hence her studies at Sciences Po Paris, her previous experiences in business law, in several NGO’s (Human Right Watch, Memorial), and her previous experience at VIGO, give her adaptability and agility in both criminal law and white-collar crimes.

Because of her recognized expertise, Adélaïde Jacquin regularly publishes in legal magazines and is regularly invited to comment or react on legal issues related to public liberties.

She is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, the Women’s Penal Lawyers’ Club, and the Criminal Lawyers Association.
