Dalia Boudjellal studied international law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, before moving on to compliance and corporate social responsibility. She holds a Master 2 in African Law, as well as a Master 2 in International Law and International Organizations

She joined law firm VIGO in 2019, and has developed an expertise in the prevention of breaches in business ethics, compliance with the Sapin II law, French anti-corruption agency (AFA) controls, due diligence, ESG, as well as the management of crises and inquiries that may affect economic operators.

She works mainly in French and English, and is also fluent in Arabic.

Since 2021, Dalia BOUDJELLAL has been a lecturer in Business and Human Rights at the Catholic University of Lyon
